Sanderson Management Inc. specializes in the management of condominiums. Our involvement in management began with the foundation of the company on August 16, 1979. The company was purchased by Eric Sanderson in March of 1984. Many of our condominium corporations have remained with us since our inception. We feel this is an exceptional accomplishment in the field and indicative of our commitment to client service.

Sanderson Management Inc. is comprised of many trained professionals that work together as a highly skilled and dedicated team. In addition to Eric, there are 10 Property Managers and 8 clerical support staff that bring a wealth of experience to the condominium corporations they manage. Our track record for retaining employees is exceptional. Several of our managers and support staff have been with us for over twelve years.
Our comprehensive management style can be adapted to provide solutions to properties of all sizes, situations and locations. Our portfolio includes over 55 Condominium properties and 5 non-profit housing complexes totalling approximately 4,000 units. The good working relationships with our many Boards and Homeowners enable us to offer the information and services that attribute to the long term stability and success that our clients enjoy. Our large portfolio allows for volume purchasing power resulting in savings for each condominium owner in such areas as garbage contracts, condominium insurance and banking services.
Sanderson Management Inc. utilizes a software system especially designed for condominiums. Highlights of this system include the ability to produce arrears and lien notices, preparation of Status Certificates, cash flow budgeting and reporting, five year reserve fund planning plus endless other features specifically designed into the system for the day to day operation of condominium corporations. In our financial reporting we effectively balance the use of General Accepted Accounting Principles, with the need for simplicity and understanding.
For your convenience, pre-authorized payment plans for common element fees are offered to the condominiums that we manage.
Property managers are able to respond to emergencies 24 hours a day; 365 days a year through our after hours answering service.
